At Debbie Lou Designs, all of our magnets are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns and all sales are final.
Defective Items or Errors
If you receive a defective item, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at DebbieLouDesigns1@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if approved, send a replacement for the affected items at no additional cost.
Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
All custom products, including personalized magnets, are non-returnable. This includes all special orders and items made using photos or custom text you provide.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible in cases of defective items or order errors, as described above. All other items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided for defective or incorrect items. Once we approve a replacement, we will either resend the corrected item or issue a refund to your original payment method, if applicable. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
